The Museums
On Sunday you might go museum hopping. El Paso Museum of Art was founded in 1959 and offers a permanent collection with works created by both American and Mexican artists, ranging from drawings and paintings to photographs. It’s free to visit the National Border Patrol Museum which has become increasingly popular, with everything from exhibits on weapons to patrol vehicles.
The El Paso Holocaust Museum was created in memory of Holocaust victims and includes exhibits on World War II and a gallery that features Holocaust survivors.
